NO response from premium ticket support for almost a week now

Hi,

I haven't got any replies to my premium tickets i created. I created one on last friday and last monday but no response from you guys at all. I need help fixing the issues because i can't build my component and there is no error telling me what is wrong. Only that it didnt work and should try again.

I Already wasted 25% of my subscription because there is no response from you guys.

What is the normal ticket response time?

I've been waiting over 1 week for premium ticket response as well.
