Hello,

I hate sending several messages about the same problem and use media that are not appropriate for this kind of information.
Still, I used contact form twice last week and got no response.

I have a problem with getting a premium account for Component Creator.

Short story: I apllied discount coupon, I paid for 1 month using paypal and .... nothing happend. Paypal account has been debited (Payment has status says "completed"), so was my bank account, but no premium account has been granted!

Please give me information whom should I contact to solve this problem, that is, get a premium account or my money back.

I've sent all details about paypal transaction in both previous messages.

I have a similar issue.  I paid for premium account in a few months ago but when i login and try to publish my component I get the note on the top:

NOTE: In order to build this component, you will need to upgrade your account or remove some tables.

As you can see I paid premium back in July.
