Combo displaying values based on another combo que

Hello everyone,
I have been researching this for a while and trying to get it to work with CC. I have a Manufacture table and a models table. When you select a manufacture I would like only the models for that manufacture to sho up in the next combobox.

Example
When selecting the Manufacture Combo Value I want the corresponding Models to show in the Models combo
Chevy (Manufacture Combo)
(Models Combo)
Camaro
Corvette
Volt

Ford (Manufacture Combo)
(Models Combo)
F150
Mustang
Focus

Dodge (Manufacture Combo)
(Models Combo)
Dart
Ram1500
Charger

I have moved on from Joomla Component Creator. i did not get the answer I needed. Wish I had this could be a real good tool if there were more people answering questions on the forum.
