FK values in combo box when storing other ID fields

Hi,

When you have a situation such as

Order - Product - Product Category.

And you have done a FK field from Product to Product Category giving you Orange - Fruit Category this works fine in the Product table.

But when you then want to use the Product in the Order table and include the value for the Product Category this is then showing 1 as the ID key for Fruit Category. I totally get why it is doing this... as in the technical reasons.
But I want to know is there a trick to bring through the value of the related table i.e. Fruit Category as no-one would ever want the ID value.

It is possibly to set this up in CC.. so asking incase I have totally missed it.
