N to N relation support for Foreign Key field was created by Joris Ceelen
Hello,
Its great the component creator.
Love to see the automatic creation and handling of the N-N relation in your Foreign Key field with the auto creation of an intermediate table in the database and CRUD support.
Not asking much, I know this is not very simple. The current solution (comma delimted id string) for multiple values will do for now, but its very inefficient to join to.
I thought I would mention it to see if I get any upvotes!
Best regards Joris

Hi Joris
Let's see if this gets enough votes so we can consider it. In the meantime, you're right, it can be done with an intermediate table as we describe in our wiki: www.component-creator.com/wiki/index.php?title=Many_to_Many

Okay great, If understand correctly instead of a mult-select field you will have a form to enter the relation?

Hi Joris
We will think about the best way of approaching a solution when the time comes. Will tweet this thread to see if there's a need out there
Best regards,
Andrés.
