I think this would be a pretty cool little feature

Hi Castus!

Your suggestions makes sense but I can thing about some cons

Some users may want to build a component twice without making changes. Ticking and un-ticking this option may not be very intuitive.
We wouldn't be able to know what change would mean a +x.1 or a +x.x.1. Ofthen a +x.1 adds new features and a +x.x.1 means bug fixes or imperceptible changes for the user. That should be the developer's choice.
