List not showing in front end was created by nader
Hellow everyone
I am new in CC and just managed to create a very simple component for testing purpose. when i installed my component, everything in great in the admin area but I cant see anything in front end menu. All my table items are set to be viewed in the front end and form view. I get error 505 when i attempt to open the form.
Any idea where I'm going wrong?
Thank you

Hi there

Error 505 means you don't belong to the usergroup that is assigned to that view. front-end forms are protected by default for security reasons when a component is built. If you want to change the permissions of that component, you just need to go to your component configuration in the Joomla Admin and change ACL settings.

Hope it helps

After building and installing my component I cannot display any list views in the front end. when accessing the list menu I get a blank screen.
Page source says following: <form action="/index.php/cwlist/activitys" method="post" name="adminForm" id="adminForm">
So it looks like I am trying to display a backend form in the frontend, I did check of display lists in frontend during the build.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
