Date Format on List was created by Christoph Aeschlimann
Hi
I have a form with german date format (%d.%m.%Y). The values are stored correct and also displayd correct in the form. But in the list, the date is formated as %Y-%m-%d. Is there an easy way to set the format in an XML file or do I have to convert it by a function on the output template.
Kind regards
Chrigu

Hi Christoph,
I have seen that you have sent us a support ticket as well, that has been responded this morning.
As I said there, to change the Joomla date format you must create a language override. Otherwise, only the component will show the date in that format.
Best regards,
David.
