I have tried to use your contact form twice in the last couple of months. Neither time have I received a response. I posted in the forum as well.

It is a little frustrating to be offered a promise of personal service because I am premium member and then have my request fall on deaf ears or worse simply go missing.

If you could please do me the favor of a reply. Even a reply of, "geez, I've never seen that problem before. Sorry." Would be better.

I really do think this is the best component stub creator out there for Joomla, but I am pretty unhappy about using the contact form as instructed and never getting an answer.

Hopefully we can get together and figure out what is going wrong with the process.
