K2 needs Versioning like Joomla 3.2.. skapades av Jonathan James
I'm new to Joomla, I used Joomla 2 about 2 years ago, I'm currently on a huge project at my job to redo the companies site using Joomla 3.2 , right now though the site is using K2, it's using it to the extent that we cannot use Joomla 3.2's awesome new versioning tools: www.ostraining.com/blog/joomla/content-versions/ , so, I don't know if this is possible, but, can I create an additional extension/component that works with K2 and gives me the same versioning options that Joomla 3.2 gives?? I have a joomla playground running where K2 isn't installed so that I can study how the current versioning works. OR, if anyone on this forum wants to create a versioning component that will work with K2, then we will pay for it.

HI Jonathon,
we had real preview for K2 working for k2 2.5.x which includes versioning of attachments, extrafields etc
J3 and K2 2.6 broke it and we never got around to fixing it.

IF you have a spec ping it over and we can take a look

Hi!

I've just stumbled upon this www.contentversion.com/  and thought it may come handy.
