Developper un composant

Je suis débutante sur joomla et je veux développer un composant qui me permet d'ajouter des articles dans le site automatiquement a partir des liens des flux RSS qui vont être insérés manuellement ( le composant doit valider le liens avant d'y accéder).Les articles vont etre insérer sous des catégories qui les correspond donc le composant doit filtrer les articles avant l'insertion.
Pouvez-vous me guider ou m'aider pour développer ce composant !! Mercii

I am a beginner on joomla and I want to develop a component that allows me to add items to the site automatically from RSS feeds links that will be inserted manually (the component must validate the links before accessing it).The items will be inserted under categories that corresponds to so the component have to filter the articles prior to insertion.
Can you guide me or help me to develop this component !! thank you
